고페로티타늄은 철강 제련에서 주로 합금제, 탈산제 및 탈가스 장치로 사용되는 널리 사용되는 특수 철 합금입니다. 현재 고티타늄 철을 제련하는 방법에는 두 가지가 있습니다. 하나는 폐기물을 주원료로 사용하는 것과 재용해 방법을 채택하여 고티타늄 철을 제련하는 것입니다. 제품의 화학적 조성(중량%)은 Ti65~75%, A1입니다.<5.0%, Si<0.5%, C≤0.3%, P≤0.05%, SS0.04%, Mn≤1%, and the oxygen content is close to 2%. The high titanium iron smelted by this method uses waste titanium as the main raw material. Due to the limited source of waste titanium and the high price, the production cost is extremely high and it is difficult to meet the market demand.

다른 방법은 Rutile을 주요 원료로 사용하고 높은 티타늄 철을 제련하기 위해 금속성 방법을 채택합니다. 제품의 주요 화학 조성 (중량 백분율)은 Ti65 ~ 75 %, A1입니다.<5.0%, Si<1.0%, C<0.1%, P<0.04%, S≤0.04%, Cu≤0.1%, Mns0.5%, 06~12%. The high-titanium iron smelted by this method uses rutile as the main raw material. Rutile resources are abundant and cheap. No electricity is required during smelting. The production cost is only 1/2 of the remelting method. The product sales price is also 1/2 of the remelting method. However, due to the high oxygen content of the high-titanium iron smelted by this method, it cannot meet the needs of users. The use of high-titanium iron smelted by metallothermic method is limited, and its development is restricted.
